Singing River Dental Partners

Singing River is a fast-growing dental practice in Northern Alabama, looking to attract new dental partners to the region.

Working with Ink Giant, I helped develop a whole new brand identity for Singing River, one that more effectively communicates what sets them apart — and what roots them in Alabama.  

Discovery

I met with several key staff at Singing River, including the founder, to identify the practice’s target audience, unpack its core mission and values, the problem they exist to solve, and their key differentiators. These listening sessions became the foundation to Singing River’s new messaging platform.

Brand messaging

Based on these discovery sessions, we identified Singing River’s brand archetype and then set about crafting the following messaging in line with it: 

  • Brand voice

  • Brand promise

  • Brand message

  • Value proposition

  • Market positioning statements

  • Sample headlines

  • Messaging do’s and don’ts

The client was so happy with the end result, they copied the messaging almost verbatim when building their new website.

Website review

Singing River asked me to audit the content and design of their new website to ensure it effectively communicated their new brand identity and message.

Treehouse Children’s Dentistry

After the main project concluded, Singing River came back and requested additional messaging help for their children’s brand, Treehouse Children’s Dentistry. While the vision, mission, and value proposition were the same as the parent brand, Treehouse needed a distinct brand message that would stand out and appeal to families.
